Just amazing!! The tasting room is set on a beautiful property with the patio/deck overlooking their fields. Please note tasting is by reservation only. It's a small tasting room so def. plan ahead. All of their wines are great and the pinot noir even better. They do not have food except for a few snacks which can be used as a palate cleanser but def. plan on eating before or after - they also do not allow outside food. If you are looking at any of the valley vineyards, def put this as one of the top on your list. See more..

    Champoeg State Heritage Park image
My daughter got married there and it was amazing! It was a beautiful day and the facilities were incredibly nice (rustic). These are just a few of the great photos we got that day. The price was very reasonable and the park rangers helped us a lot. We booked the area for Friday, Saturday and Sunday so we had plenty of time. And we paid the parking fee for everyone (ranger collected it at the end of the evening). We also used a party trolley so people didn't have to drive if they didn't want to. Good time had by all! - Beautiful setting, lovely staff, great education
    Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Wineries & Vineyards
    Adelsheim Vineyard image
We enjoyed our wine tasting tremendously. Jessica was a fountain of information on grapes, soils, avas and roses at end of vine rows! She obviously loves her industry and work. Overcast day, offered us blankets if needed. Bottle prices ranged from $28 to $100 plus, lots of choice. As to vaccine, my only irritant was how many texts and email reminders for appt and need for VAX card and ID. Can’t miss that it is required. I recommend this wine tasting for anyone interested in learning about wine making in Willamette Valley. We were not rushed, but about 90 minutes. Could hear other presenters and lots of laughter and enjoyment. We bought 2 bottles which waived our tasting fee. See more..

  20. 4.5 Beaux Freres (52 reviews)
    - Big pigs and big Pinot Noirs!
    Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Wineries & Vineyards
    Beaux Freres image
We toured Willamette valley for 3 days and a total of 10 wineries. At each winery we asked the staff where they would go and over half had Beaux Freres in their top 3. We called on our last day and asked politely if we could get in because they came so highly recommended by their peers and even though they were booked solid for Saturday and Sunday, they fit us in. The tasting did not disappoint! The wine and staff are second to none and we had a great experinece. Three things to note for the unidated: 1. This wine is awesome and a higher price tag (worth it) than most vineyards. 2. The hogs on the property are the largest pigs on the planet 3. If you are looking for opulence and an amazing tasting room, and picturesque view, this is not the place for you. If you want some of the best wine in the valley, awesome staff, gigantic pigs, and a fun time.... his is the place for you! Cheers! We will be back! See more..

At ROCO Winery, wines of great presence are about mastery and finesse in the cellar. Rollin Soles, our co-founder and winemaker, has been making acclaimed Oregon wines for nearly 30 years—transforming the raw material provided by soils and seasons through the art and science of barrels and bottles. The results, critics say, are world-class. Rollin Soles has always made wine. After a Masters in Enology/Viticulture he made wine in Switzerland, California, Washington, Australia and finally Oregon where he founded Argyle Winery. Thirty years later, you’ll still find Soles in his vineyard or boutique winery. Rollin holds the record for wines listed in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 (13 times) and produced the highest-rated domestic sparkling wine to date. Rollin and his wife, Corby, founded ROCO Winery in 2003 with the goal of crafting exceptional Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays and Sparkling wines that represent the unique attributes of the Willamette Valley.
