   My family (middle-aged couple, 20-something kids) had a wonderful time with Stowe Soaring. It's a small, low-key operation, but they clearly know what they're doing. Friendly, safety-conscious, and dedicated to giving you your money's worth on a glider ride. Not cheap, but given that several people and two aircraft (the glider and the tow plane) are required to deliver your ride the price is entirely fair. The cockpit is definitely tight for two passengers of any size, but once you're up viewing the scenery you don't even notice.    I organized a canoe rental over the phone from Hawaii. Up North delivered the canoe when promised and picked it up. It was hassle free and as delivered.    We actually stopped by the Bijou to relive a few old experiences. My great aunt owned the Bijou back in the 60'same and 70's. After a great conversation with the fellow working there who knew my aunt went in for a movie. Seats were comfortable and the theater is still amazing. Prices were very reasonable. See more..

   My husband and I visited this museum on our recent visit to Morrisville. We were pleasantly surprised at the diversity of artifacts, the period rooms and the knowledgeable tour guide. The Director is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic aboit the collection and she gave us a wonderful tour of the house as well as a great overview of the town's history. As the Vice President of a County Historical Society in North Carolina I always look forward to visiting small museums around the country. when I travel. I was so glad we visited the Noyes House Museum and met its Director. She is a font of knowledge and a very engaging tour guide. Keep on preserving that rich history of the area!!!!!
