What a great place to watch a game and what a thrill for the young men and women who have had a chance to play here and experience what this place has to offer. Located in the heart of Moline, Il, with a large on site parking lot..easy access off Avenue of the Cities..holds over 6,000 fans and can be a bit of a problem leaving after a big name to get back on the Avenue if you're headed east. Moline Police traffic control is here after many (not all) big games. Get here early and secure a front row balcony seat for one of the best views you'll ever have to watch a high school sporting event. My husband and I were at the movie theater today when I felt dizzy and sick. My husband left the movie to get me some help. The employees were WONDERFUL and jumped into action for me. They got me a seat, a cold cup of water, offered to call for help, and were just as kind as they could be. The manager on duty (sadly I don’t remember his name) even gave us some passes to come back and see the movie again when I felt better. He also walked with me to the car in case my husband needed his help. All of the employees at this theater are always very, very nice. I can’t recommend this theater any higher. See more..

While located within a hotel, this is nothing like a hotel gift shop. It's a wonderful collection of home decor, personal care products for men and women, jewelry, planners, cards, edible items and lots more. If you're looking to update your home, there is a huge variety of both seasonal and every day things. This is the perfect place to stop if you need a gift for someone special or even someone hard to buy for. It's the perfect place to stop if you want to gift yourself or even to just pick up your mood on a grey day. A number of the lines that they carry are ones that give back to communities. The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy. I recommend walking through the place more than once as there was so much to see that I overlooked things the first time. Colorful, bright, hands-on displays of John Deere tractors are delightfully arranged throughout the museum! The pavilion itself has fabulous wrought iron sculptures in the ceiling. The combine in the middle of the pavilion is ginormous...the friendly staff said the cost is 1.1 million! Visitors can sit in the cabs of the different tractors. There's plenty of educational interactive exhibits. People of all ages were enjoying the whole experience. I highly recommend this activity to all! And it's free. Approximately 2 1/2 hours on the Mississippi. The evening begins with a delicious prime rib buffet, followed by musical entertainment. Be sure to go to the third level deck after dinner. The sunset is spectacular, framed by the bridges. Unfortunately this time of year there is not enough daylight to enjoy the scenery along the shoreline. The cruise is smooth. Of course there is a gift shop on the boat and on the dock, but the items are beautiful and high quality. See more..

Wasn't expecting to spend any money here. The Pavilion Exhibit was closed but our tour took us to the store for some of our tour mates. I think we spent over $200! I couldn't resist some of the kids items and bought a shirt and computer bag for me. Yes this urban girl had fun. Really amazing John Deere equipment outside as a consultation for the pavilion not being accessible. Hope it opens soon. I am sure it is amazing. See more..

Excellent and informative (and free) tour by a knowledgeable guide with good humor. Learned about John Deere and the beginnings of the manufacturing in Great Detour IL and then Moline and beyond. The 2 mansions (now part of a foundation) showed the affluence of the second and third generation of the family as well as its generosity toward the local community including the Congregational Church. Providing these facilities for local not-for-profit organizations at minimal cost demonstrates that industrialists were not totally profit-oriented. The homes show advanced features including showers, other indoor plumbing, and even organs. See more..
