   Nice little art gallery with a lot of local type stuff. Also has an outdoor area with metal art. They even have art classes. We found some metal art we liked, but thought it was a bit expensive. Regular exercise, meditation, healthy eating, keeping a positive outlook, and relaxation are the principles that we feel are most important. It is our mission to teach you how to truly live a healthier and happier life. We specialize in personal training, massage therapy, arthritis relief, post physical therapy rehabilitation, yoga, anti-inflammatory eating, mindfulness, mental health counseling, nutrition, relaxation, and complete body health. Most of our services are on a private or semi-private basis, taking away any feeling of intimidation or discomfort. That also allows for our clients to get the most out of their time here and maximize their results. We do offer some classes as well, those classes include: yoga, stand up paddle board fitness classes, Chakra workshops, mindfulness and fermentation classes. We do carry organic, raw, vegan and natural supplements. In addition The Matlacha Wellness Center is an environmentally friendly business, we use recycled paper and recycle or reuse all of the used products that we can. We use only Seventh Generation cleaning products which are all natural and don't have any artificial fragrances. Even our Mountain Valley Spring water is strictly in glass bottles.     There were so many wonderful items in the shop. You had to look everywhere. Not in a crowded way but in a very good way. I bought quite a few things. I took measurements of many things in pictures and I'm going to come back to my home and see where they might fit. It's my favorite shop so far in Matlacha. We arrived around 4:45 p.m. and the two ladies working there were lovely. I said that we'll leave before 5 and she said stay as long as you want. We're here until you're done shopping.
