    - batchelor party
This location was reported permanently closed Spent More than 3 hours Game & Entertainment Centers
Having only played Paintball once, I had limited experience. The manager and his wife were both on that day. They were extremely knowledgable and comforting. We had players who had never experienced this type of outdoor fun. They put everyone at ease and explained the best way to be sae when playing. Awesome place, Awesome pricing and AWESOME, experienced referees. We are not going to wait for the next batchelor party. We will be visiting LACONIA PAINTBALL as we did, throughout the summer. I recently found out that they not only open everyday from Memorial Day thru Labor day, but also all weekends thru Oct. 25th. FUN,FUN,FUN. See more..

  7. 5.0 Annie’s Book Stop (1 review)
    - ONE OF THE BEST BOOK SHOPS IN THE LAKES REGION
Sunday: Spent 1-2 hours Speciality & Gift Shops
    Annie’s Book Stop image
Annie’s Book Stop is a wonderful book shop with large selections of both new and used books for all ages. There is a good variety of bestsellers. It also sells jigsaw puzzles by White Mountain Puzzles from Jackson. NH. On my most-recent visit, I was hoping to find some used music CD’s in like-new condition; however, Annie’s Book Stop does not sell that type of merchandise. This time, I did browse several book categories. I looked in the Travel and History sections. In the Sports section, there were a lot books on baseball on the featured display. I saw one on Ted Williams titled “The Seasons of The Kid” and another by Mickey Mantle titled “All My Octobers.” There was a sizable section of books for children and a small area for children to sit and browse. For me, no trip to Laconia is complete without a visit at Annie’s Book Stop. In the past, I purchased several used jigsaw puzzles and one new jigsaw puzzle. And, the used puzzles had all their pieces, although there was no guarantee on that. I think that prices are fair. The shop gals are very nice. I’ve met two different ones, and both have been pleasant to chat with. I rate Annie’s Book Stop at 5.0. It’s one of my favorite book shops. I recommend a visit. - Relaxing lake tour
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Boat Tours
    The M/S Mount Washington image
We spend a relaxing few hours aboard this ship after boarding in Weirs Beach. It was a wonderful way to explore Lake Winnipesaukee and learn the history of the area. The lake is huge (largest in New Hampshire) with islands in it that people live on. We had a couple of mimosas that were pretty good. The crew did a great job of announcing what we were seeing as we sailed along the lake. It does get pretty chilly as you tour the lake so bring a jacket to fully enjoy the gorgeous views both along the coast line of the lake and the islands in the lake. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside the ship. See more..

    Weirs Drive-In Theatre image
Took our young teens for their first Drive-In. What fun. The kids missed their comfortable recliner chairs but it was still an experience. Be sure to take chairs or something to pad the ground if you lie down. Bug spray!!! Bring your own food or get some great movie pop corn from the food stand. They have other goodies too. Bathrooms are TINY and strange. You keep your radio on for the sound so turn off everything else in the car if you can or expect to need a jump. They actually have a person who has a jumper box if you get into trouble. 4 different movies to choose from. Be kind to others if you arrive late don't drive around through the cars already there. Just pick a spot on the outside and come early next time. See more..

    - A great place to visit, especially on a rainy day!
    Spent 1-2 hours Antique Shops
    Laconia Antique Center image
In the middle of downtown Laconia, doesn't look big on the outside but it's huge! Has alot of very interesting and wildly eclectic stuff, from furniture to model train, old books to signs, china, guns, records, newspapers...etc. You could easily spend several hours here! Way too much to mention all of it but there are two levels to explore. I'm not an expert on antiques but the prices seemed reasonable to me? See more..
  19. 4.0 Half Moon Family Fun Center (10 reviews)
    - You have to try NOT to have fun here.
    Game & Entertainment Centers
This arcade has something for everyone. Skeeball, pinball, video games - new and vintage. We had a blast playing games and collecting our tickets. It's a timeless tradition that everyone can enjoy. Little kids, those of us nostalgic for those summer childhood memories, even my 80+ year old father - everyone had a great time. It's located right along Weirs Beach where all the fun happens. Fun Spot is great, but this place brings the charm. See more..

  25. 3.0 Endicott Rock State Historic Site (7 reviews)
    - It's cool for history people
    Monuments & Statues
It'll take 10 minutes to check this out. It's a rock under a cage with a statue on top of it. The rock was originally an island in the middle of this channel. Now it's been merged with the land and is a park. Checking out the inscriptions on the rock is really neat. Lots of people get their photo taken next to it in the same pose as the indian. See more..
