    Crater Lake Zipline image
This tour is absolutely incredible! Our guides, Avery and Ethan, were excellent! They were engaging and highly entertaining the entire tour. It was my first time zip-lining, and I was definitely nervous, especially about the faster, longer lines, but I had no reason to be. It was so much fun!! The zip-lines, rappels and bridges were all thrilling, and the panoramic views of the mountains and forest were beautiful. Even the bumpy, off-road drive at the beginning was fun! Highly recommend adding this to your Crater Lake adventures…you won’t regret it! See more..

A visit to the Favell Museum is a must for anyone who loves Native American artifacts, and Contemporary Western art.Over 100,000 artifacts, illustrating the lives of indigenous tribes from North and South America are on display, with the primary focus on Native American tribes. Collections dating from 12,000 years ago include thousands of arrowheads, obsidian knives, spear points, primitive ancient stone tools, native clothing, intricate bead work, basketry, pottery and more. The collections on display give the visitor a suggestion of the richness and variety of societies no longer here and they illustrate how creative and adaptive the native people were. The artifacts give you a feel for what it must have been like for the early Native Americans to survive and thrive in southern Oregon, on the Columbia River and up and down the west coast of North and South America. Cultures from the mid-west to the Pacific and from Peru to Alaska are represented. See more..

The Baldwin Hotel Museum is open during the summer months, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. The building has changed very little since it opened in 1906. All four floors of the former hotel feature rooms filled with artifacts of Klamath history. Examples include a kitchen, laundry room, children's room, music, parlor, cafeteria, doctors's office, lawyer's office, school room and much more. There is no elevator, and so the building presents a number of barriers to people with impaired mobility. See more..
  12. 4.5 OC and E Woods Line State Trail (38 reviews)
    - Nice Rail-Trail for Walking or Bicycling
Spent 2-3 hours Biking Trails • Equestrian Trails • Jogging Paths & Tracks
OC and E Woods Line State Trail image
We stayed overnight in Klamath Falls on our way to Crater Lake and this trail that was built on the old railroad line goes past the Holiday Inn Express. We went out in the evening and took a 3-4 mile walk, heading east away from town. The trail is wide, paved, level and well-maintained (suitable for walking, bikes, wheelchairs, strollers, etc.). The route goes through the city so much of the scenery is urban streets and buildings (and some unfortunate litter), but we did get far enough out to see some more open farmland. We crossed an old steel truss bridge over a canal and enjoyed watching a family of ducks swimming below. At the parking area off Crosby Avenue at Avalon Street there's an old caboose and some educational displays about the history of the railroad. A dog park is adjacent. We're planning to visit again this summer and hope to have the opportunity to explore more of the trail route. See more..
  13. 4.5 Klamath Falls Skatepark (17 reviews)
    - I LOVE the skate park!!
    Sports Complexes
    Klamath Falls Skatepark image
I'm not a skater, because I'm not graceful, but I LOVE to watch the kids skate. It's not a new brand new park any more, but it's not that old, either, and i have to say that I was pretty impressed that when it was built, this skate park was the best one on the West Coast. It's really cool. I have to say that I think its sad that our youth don't fully appreciate what they have and try to vandalize it, though. but it's really a nice place to be. NICE soccer fields. AWESOME indoor sport arena. Great outside play area, and all BEAUTIFULLY groomed. I would recommend this park for a family with diverse interests. There's something fun for everyone. See more..

Bring your quarters, or they do have a change machine, and get ready to feed the trout. We have stopped at many a hatchery and this one was perfectly fine. You see trout from the smallest to those that look like they are just the right size for dinner! There is a picnic table and restroom. This hatchery is very easy to get to, just a half mile off the 62, on your way to or from Crater Lake. See more..

    - Exactly what it says it is and perfect for the first time Oregon visitor or person looking to bring gifts back home

We were staying north of Crater Lake and wanted some "Oregon" goodies being that it was our first time in Oregon. Plus we were looking for some gifts to bring back home to some folks. We made the trip down to Klamath Falls as we found another review on this site that looked promising. It did not disappoint. Great little store. 20. 4.5 Sky Lakes Trail (3 reviews)
    - Beautiful does not describe this hiking trail.
Spent More than 3 hours Hiking Trails
This trail is beyond beautiful, serene, dotted with numerous lakes and overlooks. Yes, there are mosquitos but just take bug spray and you will be fine. Anywhere there is still snow on the ground the bugs will be more intense. We started at the Cold Springs Trail head and included the Heavenly Twins Lake loop. If you do that part of the hike in total it is about 6.5 miles round trip. The hike is rated easy because it is relatively flat but we did come across a fair amount of deadfall. Take this hike you will not be disappointed! See more..

    Indigo Beads image
We stopped at Indigo Beads after googling bead stores and finding this one. Although I didn't buy anything that day, I thought the staff were great especially the woman who seemed to be the owner. I was looking for a chain necklace and although they had some nice ones, they didn't quite fit what I had in mind. I would go back there to find beads for future projects if I were in the area again. Loved the store people!! See more..
  23. 4.5 Antique Warehouse (2 reviews)
    - The best Antique Warehouse; Top notch.
    Spent 1-2 hours Antique Shops
Was just killing time driving around when I found this place. This place was huge and the prices were great. I could not believe the amount of items available. Room after Room of items. Outside and Inside 2 levels. Items were placed in categories and even color in some areas. You could spend several hours here looking at everything. Seriously the best Antique store I have ever seen; maybe the planet. LOL The Owner was a very nice man and he let you wander around as long as you liked. Left with a great little lantern my husband found for just $7.00. Furniture was very affordable if interested prices were fantastic. An Antique(rs) dream. See more..

North trailhead is on Lakeshore Drive. See the modest falls for which town was named. See more..
  25. 4.0 Epicenter (21 reviews)
    - Really cool place
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Bowling Alleys
Hubby and I decided to have dinner here one night when we were on our own during a family vacation. We didn't bowl, but the lanes looked clean and fun. We ate in the bar area. The food was really good, service was EXCELLENT. The only downside really was that because it's a bar there was music playing (good choice of music) but hubby and I are both a little deaf so it was hard to chat - but that is NOT a slam against the Epicenter, just our hearing!
