  2. 5.0 Bert's Better Beers (9 reviews)
    - Great time!
    Spent < 1 hour Bars & Clubs
Went here on a recent trip to NH. The place in a strip mall, but nicely done inside, plenty of parking. Great selection of beer and great deals on bunches of beer or just one beer and getting a variety. This place recently moved as google sent us to its previous location. Staff was super nice. Worth a trip to! See more..
  3. 5.0 DeRosa Jewelers (1 review)
    - Hidden Gem disguised as a pawn shop!
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Speciality & Gift Shops
I'm new to the area, and I googled pawn shops near me because I had some jewelry to part with that I hadn't worn since middle school. Carl was fair and examined each piece and explained each step of his process. He has a flat-screen that he uses as an extra monitor and pulls up daily trade rate of gold etc. and shares his excel calculator as well. I got double what I expected for my items without having to haggle. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Carl also has an impressive catalog of custom jewelry that he has designed. Have you seen the octopus tattoo that he converted into a pendant? Check out his Instagram and Facebook @DeRosaJewelersUSA to view his bold and beautiful creations for men and women. Also, I hear he's looking for a couple of commission-based sales reps to send him leads for repairs and designs, contact him for info on that! My experience was not I was expecting at a business showing up as the nearest pawn shop, and I was pleasantly surprised to meet Carl, a Portuguese born artist with a unique eye for detail who is like a renaissance sculptor with gems and jewels. My wife and I came across this place randomly. We stopped in and were amazed we have been back numerous times. We love Lynn and what she does with the fruits she uses for the wine. She stays true too to NH and NE. I was little afraid of an all fruit wine but when I tasted her wine I was amazed. I love the crabapple, strawberry, blueberry, and the jalapeño wines. The blueberry is not sweet which you might think, it is just amazing! For fruit wines she really keeps them on the dry side. Give it a try. Definitely stop in you won’t regret. See more..

  8. 4.0 Cinemagic (86 reviews)
    - Pretty good theater
    Movie Theaters
    Cinemagic image
The seats were comfortable (not recliner style). The place seemed clean. The staff was friendly. It's priced about as high as expected. My son and I payed $18 and change for a movie before 4pm. Our concessions were ridiculous. I could have had a meal for what I payed. The popcorn wasn't very good. We were on vacation, otherwise I'd skip the concessions. See more..
  9. 3.5 Regal Cinema (7 reviews)
    - Best Way to Watch a Movie...BUT
    Movie Theaters
I have been to at least a dozen movies here at Hooksett's Regal Cinema. The recliners are awesome, they are super comfortable and roomy. The tickets can be a bit pricey but with the comfort of the seats it is so worth the added expense. The price of a small bag of popcorn (the bag is the same size as a brown paper lunch bag) was $7. My issue with this theater was while I was watching a suspense movie, we could hear the music VERY clearly of Pirates of the Caribbean being played in the theater next to ours. See more..
  10. 3.5 White Birch Brewing (5 reviews)
    - Now in Nahua! Great Beer
    Spent < 1 hour Breweries
Great sour beer made the German way. They use yeast, not lactobaccillis. It is beer, not yogurt! That is excellent but the dark, high abv. Bourbon barrel aged beer beers they make are really good and will keep yo warm during a long dark winter. They use lots of local “secret” ingredients that work well. Go see if you can guess how they do it or just enjoy the glow. This beer snob thinks this place is great. Small strip mall on west side of Town on Amherst has a nice bar, lots if tables and dark wood for a pub feel. See more..
  11. 3.0 Space Entertainment Center (5 reviews)
    - Fun but HOT!
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Game & Entertainment Centers
We went to escape the heat. There was no escaping. Very warm inside . Other than that super fun. Newer and different arcade games that cost an average of $1 each. Laser tag was super fun with a two level playing field. There is a snack bar, clean bathrooms and an area for parties if your having a party. Pool, ping pong and corn-hole to play while the kids do their thing. Fun day but would’ve been better if cooler. See more..
