  1. 5.0 Quilted Threads (20 reviews)
    - Great Quilt Shop
Sunday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Speciality & Gift Shops
Quilted Threads is a great quilt shop to visit, so much so, that during a recent Shop Hop that they were not part of, we made a 'detour' so we could all enjoy a visit. They are always friendly, quick to offer an opinion, or just help in general. They offer a variety of classes. Love the 'bathroom' - you will have to visit to see what I mean ! Oh and thank you for hosting the Row by Row Experience, what a fun project this has turned into ! See more..
  2. 4.5 Henniker Brewery (36 reviews)

    Sunday: Breweries

I used to live in town and on a recent trip back we found the brewery and we are so glad we did. They had a lot of interesting beers to chose from. A fun open environment to hang out and enjoy some time with friends. They even had some table games to help pass the time while your enjoying the local tastes. They also serve the beer flights in a muffin tin which is super fun and creative. See more..

We made a special overnight stop in Henniker on our way to Maine just so my husband could visit Old Number Six Book Depot. We came through here 22 years ago on our honeymoon and my husband always remembered this great bookstore and wanted to come back. Still the same and 2 hours of browsing was not enough. Great place with helpful owners. See more..

Really enjoyed visiting this bridge. It is not used for vehicle traffic any more, but very easy to get to with short term parking near the college dormitory. Really interesting to view the architecture of the bridge and has a good view of the arched bridge used for the highway downstream. Really glad I stumbled upon this. The city should do more to advertise for the bridge. See more..
  5. 4.0 Pats Peak (160 reviews)
    - Great February Vacation Pricing - Pay one Price 3-closing! Fun time!
    Ski & Snowboard Areas

My son and his friends thoroughly enjoyed the mountain. They skied 2 days from 3-closing for the pay one price that included skis, snowboard, tubing, rentals and lift ticket. Such a deal even my 17 year old and his friends asked to ski later because of the cost. The employees were not sure on the pay one price deal and didn't seem to know that you could purchase them earlier starting at noon for $10 per hour... also didn't tell us that we needed to let them know we needed rentals... first day was very confusing because of that. Husband and I hung out in the lodge - upstairs is mostly quieter than downstairs and has a fire going. Ate at the pub which was good though food is pretty pricey overall even in the cafeteria.
