   This is a relatively difficult trek going towards the top of the mountain, it is very steep for 2/3 of the time. Bring a lot of water and wear good shoes with traction.    The staff at SOC was awesome! They went above and beyond from the moment I called Jessica to book the trip, to the moment we got off the boat with our guide, Liam. Jessica not only guided me to the best time of day to book, she also found out about my groups’ interests and booked us a guide that had similar interests. The rafting itself with our guide, Liam, was so fun! He was very professional yet fun. We stopped to have a water gun fight and to swim. We learned about the different categories of rapids and a little history about the area. Liam recommended running trails for the boys (all cross country runners), great local restaurants and fun local activities. This was the best rafting experience we’ve had. I highly recommend it.
