   My wife and I were responsible for our 3 grandchildren and new decided to evaluate all the mini golf courses in the area. by unanimous vote Hillbilly Fun Park one hands down. The courses were not easy but not so difficult the 12 10 and 6 year old did not have fun. They loved it. There are two courses one the world one the US and they were well kept and in great condition. To top it off, they sold ice-cream and hot dogs and other fun things. So there you are 5 out of 5 votes as the best in the area. See more..

   We have hiked this mountain many times. For a fairly easy hike it has wonderful views of Lake George. There are great photo ops at the top! The cliffs are sheer and straight down. Bring a picnic on a sunny day and enjoy!! Two ladies got lost last year on the trail so just keep an eye on the trail tags on the trees as there are a couple spot where it isn't clear where to go. We ran in to Two DEC ranger at the trail head last year and ask them about rattlesnakes. They did confirm that they are there but they had only seen one once in 13 years. So They aren't common and are more afraid of you than you are of them. It's always nice to be aware that they are there though. See more..

   The hike to the gazebo was short but steep. Really nice view. We kept going to the waterfall - not much there. Good exercise and an enjoyable walk (some additional up hill), but only continue if you're looking for a longer walk and not a waterfall. Recommend. See more..

The course has been under new ownership since July 31, 2020. Our ultimate goal is to make Hartford Greens Country Club a golf course the community members are proud of and excited to visit.
