Leony’s Cellars opened in Enumclaw in July 2018. Open six days a week from 2-8 Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 2-9 Friday and Saturday. The wine list rotates often so you will find a new wine every couple months! Bonus if you visit during harvest time, September-October, you can see and smell the fermentation happen first hand. We stopped by while traveling through the area, and world have loved to have more time to enjoy this venue! We each enjoyed a flight of dry red wines with a very tasty charcuterie. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and the atmosphere was great - perfect for a rainy day. Or ANY day, as there were cozy areas available for all sorts of occasions. Note: Only adults over 21 were allowed here, and we noted a couple with an infant was redirected to a different venue. There was clear signage noting this limitation, though. Figure out how to get here and do it! Absolutely breathtaking views. Don't do unless the roads are dry as this is gravel, rock and dirt all the way to 5300 ft. Made it up in a Chevy Malibu, but if you don't like unimproved road with steep drop offs to one side, this isn't the drive for you. For those who can handle it, your reward is at the end of the road! My family and I love the Chalet Theater, nothing fancy but that hads to the charm of the place. Great place with great prices to go to for movies, free hawks games,concerts and so much more plus they serve alcohol! Must admit it has been a while since I visited this gem of a place. You Cross a fence into the area of the old Green river resort, active around the turn of the 2th century. Cross abandoned rope bridges (carefully please) and walk through pristine nature through a lush gorge, a beautifully carved gorge embellished with waterfalls. Out of the way of the crowds, and off the beaten path, this is for those who wish to get away from it all for a couple of hours and indulge in typical NW magic. See more..

Just spent our first weekend at this campground - we will definitely be back! It's a rather small campground (by number of sites), most sites are large and wooded, no showers but the restroom areas were clean. There is a little road noise, but the sound of the water in the background was a nice counter balance. Short drive into Rainier was very convenient. Our site was a double site - first I have seen where campers sit parallel, so our camper space was a little more limited that most double sites we have stayed. We will just keep that in mind when booking our return. Great campground and really nice area. See more..

Is it a golf course or a gold course? Who knows? Who cares? I've met decent folks in this town I can count on one hand. It doesn’t surprise me that money comes above everything else here. Politics is corrupt, the motel is dodgy, kids in big trucks laugh about opening their doors while driving to knock bicyclists into the drainage ditches. Many people can't read, leading to fights with neighbors involving weapons and months of posturing with weak verbal skills and even weaker listening skills. Even though the local kids find it amusing to tip over the portable toilets at the golf course, it is more amusing that the golf course doesn't yet have the forethought to stop it before it happens again.
