I had some time to kill in Edwards,so I went in and out of several shops. I state-owned one for over an hour. It looks pretty normal from the outside, but go inside and start poking n g around and you'll Montreal treasures! They have estate jewellery, beads and findings and plenty of new pieces made by artists who may not have been "discovered" by the rest of the world. No matter if you like traditional or cutting edge, you are sure to find something you love. My only problem was deciding! I bought a stunning antique sqashblossom necklace, an amazing wrapped stone piece, and my daughter picked out a fabulous silver ring with a gold bear on it. The ladies who run the shop (hi Kim!) are as nice as can be and not in the least bit pushy. If you are looking for a gift for someone special, or just a little remembrance, this is the place to go. While staying in nearby Avon, we discovered Riverwalk in Edwards while out exploring. There are many stores, restaurants, and services in a neat outdoor setting. We enjoyed walking around looking in the different stores. We also enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee and heading down to the river to sit and take in the beautiful scenery!
