   I have traveled with and helped a number of groups book trips with Whitewater Excitement. We love them and are glad that The original owner has passed this operation to his son. This multi generational business just keeps getting better all of the time. I would highly recommend this for a family reunion, church or youth group, and even a quick getaway with your family or spouse.    I booked a birthday group of 10 close friends and the entire trip was seamless from the time of booking to the actual adventure. For many of us, this was a first time experience and it quickly became one for the books. Long story short, our time on the Middle Fork with Horatio and Yuri was absolutely rad. Our guides were absolutely rocking with directing us on everything from safety to how to row/when to row and keeping up an awesome commentary with what was around us and their own experience on the water. Truly a special experience all around. The other guides held the same high level expectation and it was fun to interact with the different groups(keeping our distance in the times of COVID, which this company handles very well) in playful ways through out our run on the Middle Fork. We will be back ready to test the waters in the North Fork as soon as we can! See more..

   Went to their Coloma outpost for two days of Kayaking lesson for my son and I. Everybody in the store was super helpful and very accommodating to our schedule. Our instructor Lydia was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything in detail, was able to work with my son's natural talent and my complete lack of any and all the while making sure we were safe on the river. We learn a ton and got to do a couple of short runs down the river. Next time we are in town, we will continue our kayaking with CCK and request Lydia. See more..
