A great place if you have want to do something spur of the moment. My Aunt and I were able to walk in and picked a canvas bag out and used the display for the design. Because it was an open studio there was minimal instruction. We were provided aprons, canvas bags, paint brushes and plenty of color options. The staff was very friendly and when we had questions they did assist. They did have beverages and snacks for a price. Had fun. On a full week’s vacation for the Wawa Welcome America Festival in Philadelphia, we were staying in Mount Laurel. One day, we planned to do things in the Mount Laurel-Cherry Hill area with dinner at Red Lobster in The Plaza at Cherry Hill. After dinner, we checked out the rest of The Plaza. It backed into the Cherry Hill Mall. It had some other restaurants that included Red Robin, Ruby Buffet, and Chuck E. Cheese. Sam Ash Music Stores and Guitar Center had stores there. For food and drink shopping, there was an Aldi and Total Wine. I was particularly interested in finding out more about the Ruby Buffet. The place looked nice. The food looked good. I was told that the restaurant had international cuisine, such as Chinese, Japanese, American, and Italian. Rotating menu items included BBQ spare ribs, snow crab legs, blackened salmon, shrimp and scallops, clams, oysters, seafood scampi, mussels, Texas fried catfish, stuffed flounder, scallion & ginger crab, beer-buttered shrimp, fried shrimp, shrimp cocktail, crawfish, prime rib, crispy duck, NY sirloin steak, and many other specialties. There was also a selection of salads, soups and desserts daily. Lunch was $8.99 for adults, $4.99 for kids aged 2 -5, and $5.99 for kids aged 6 – 10. Young kids and seniors got 10% off. Dinner prices were $6.99, $7.99, and $14.99. After checking this place out, I would return to The Plaza at Cherry Hill to eat there. I received gift cards for Spa Finder, and Bernard's Day Spa participates in that program. So, I decided to schedule a manicure and pedicure. I was warmly greeted, taken exactly at my scheduled time by Thao. I was offered a beverage by the receptionist, by Thao and by another technician during the time I was there - about 90 minutes total. I found the place to be very clean. I thought it was pricey ($17 regular manicure and $45 pedicure) but I was able to redeem the gift card with no problem. I would go back as a treat. See more..
