    - Best Rafting Trip Ever
    River Rafting & Tubing
    Bear Valley Rafting image
Rafting with Bear Valley was hands down the best day of our week long vacation in Idaho as well as the best rafting trip we've ever been on. We went on the full day South Fork Payette trip. I knew it was going to be a fun trip when our guide Howie walked up and said "Howdy, y'all!" and his helmet was unique as you can see in the photo. He was skilled, funny, and entertaining which made the trip that much more enjoyable. Lunch was tasty and a nice break. Didn't hurt that 11 Marine recruiters were in the other 2 rafts and lunched with us. God bless America! Melody & Sam See more..

The barn and guest house made for a DREAM wedding! Owners were helpful and incredible to work with! The day was made perfect with an outdoor ceremony in front of the barn and an indoor reception inside the barn. Bryan and Jessica helped us by sending local vendor information and were there to let us in during visits to plan and on day of. If you want an Idaho barn wedding where you can stay & play for the weekend, this is your place! See more..
  4. 5.0 Banks Beach (1 review)
    - A Little piece of heaven
Spent 1-2 hours Beaches • Hiking Trails
We were just driving down the highway, looking for a place to picnic and spotted a table and stopped. This was a charming little place. There are picnic tables nestled in the pine trees and the area slopes and goes down to a white beach on the river. The water is not deep but is crystal clear. It's perfect to play in and skip rocks into. There is a primitive bathroom provided. This is a perfect place to picnic or just go to for a small get away from the stress of life. Leaving Boise, ID, it's 37 miles out on highway 55 and is just before mile marker 78. There is a $3.00 day use fee from May - Oct and overnight camping is not allowed. We definitely would stop again.
