   no access at moment to most of the peninsular - it's closed off at the gate to the UNESCO nature site. guard says it has been closed since Ramadan - not sure when it will open. Southern part of peninsular (below film city) below fence still accessible. beautiful place. See more..

   We loved it ,it can be one of the best tourist spot in Doha ,many people are not aware of it ,expats staying in Doha most visit and make sure to visit by 4/4 car as it’s about 1km off road so need to drive on the hard rock side ,beautiful and peaceful place See more..

   After moving Wholesale Vegetable Market from Abu Hamour area to Sailiya, and established a new Sailiya Central Market, many visitors and customers kept on visiting the new place. A bit far, about 20 km from the city, but you get a good and fresh items always. The prices are not always good especially on weekends where it goes higher. All vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and dates can be found here much cheaper than Malls. Good it’s enclosed and air conditioned as well as you can get your trolley, so no need for porter. Bargain is a must in this place where no fixed price mentioned. See more..

    It’s a hidden gem in Qatar, if you know the story behind the mystery village & film city than you are going to love this place. Its almost .5 hours journey from main city which include bumpy off-roading. This place is very beautiful & incredible Try to go early to see beautiful view and beach area too. Don’t forgot to take lots of water and food if possible. As except tea and snacks you will get nothing there. Try to come back before sunset as the way to go there is not easily reachable by map.
