  1. 5.0 Palau Dive Adventures (380 reviews)
    - Amazing Palau Dive Family
    Scuba & Snorkelling
    Palau Dive Adventures image
If you are wanting to dive in Palau, check out Palau dive adventures first. It is a one stop shop. When they advertise valet- they mean valet!! One call and you will have lodging, transportation, and any excursions taken care of for you. Pack light, they even offer laundry services. Now about diving. There are no words to describe this experience. The dive masters and captain are brilliant. They know where and when to go to all the top dive sights, they know just how to make you feel comfortable and attend to your every need. I felt we payed a typical price per day but got a royal experience rarely experienced by those of us regular people. We were originally booked on a live aboard which got cancelled. I am so glad it did. My skills are quite different from my husband's and I was planning on just a few of the easier dives while he would go full throttle. I ended up diving 9 days with 27 dives including one night dive. The diving was amazing and between dives, the crew shared their life stories which gave us an authentic personal experience of Palauan culture. Myles shared some underwater pictures he took and made us a video complete with music. It really was beyond special. I suggested he charge a fee for his incredible talent and he just smiled and said he was happy to do it. I can not recommend or say enough about the entire staff at Palau Dive Adventures except call them today. This was a trip of a lifetime!!!!! .....Sara See more..

They are a string of beautiful islands that you wiz past on a boat when you are traveling to any of your destinations. As in all my other reviews I recommend using Captain John for a private charter since he is cheaper than the tour companies and is cognizable on what you want. (680) 778-7333. Swings Palau Tours image
My friends and I we just came back from an island/fishing trip with Swings Palau Tours and it was such a fun day!! Swing and his son, SJ were very professional. Swing definitely knows where are the best spots to go for the fishing and which route to go pass to get the best sunset views. We did snorkelling, fishing and beach trip with him. He would keep an eye on you to make sure you are safe in and on the water always. We had our freshly caught fishes as lunch that was cooked by Swing and his son and it was so good. Strongly recommend Swings Palau Tours to everyone who's looking to book a snorkelling/diving/fishing/island trips at Palau! See more..

We visited twice this past month and had a couples Mondara massage. Honeymoon Island image
This used to be a very private place to go to the beach. We went April 6th & they were using overflow parking. It is $8 to get in to the place. There are no hotels or businesses. There is an onsite restaurant and changing rooms, bathrooms, souvenir shop, etc. If you just want to go to the beach for the day this is a great place to go. See more..
  8. 5.0 Island Bicycle Rental (1 review)
    - A bicycle rental shop that "delivered" their service well!
    Gear Rentals
Before traveling to Palau, I had wanted to book for a rental of bicycle for the duration of my stay on the island; unfortunately, I was never able to find or book any and so I thought there was no such service, until I arrived on the island, bringing my own bicycle! Somehow, the rear-tire of my bicycle got **&(* in the back of the van that was shuttling me from the airport to my hotel. I was on a budget-trip and so I wasn't exactly thrilled that I was going to have to rent a car and/or take a taxi. Luckily, I was informed by the concierge of the ONLY 2 local bike rental shops on the island. I checked out the very first one in the phone book and it was an answering machine that was in Japanese! I only know 'sushi' and 'wasabi'. I then checked out the last place (Island bicycle rental). Within the hour, they delivered a bicycle with map, poncho, bike computer, storage bag, etc. more than I expected for a rental bike. Their rental is $20.00/day. I rented the bike for 4 days and they gave me a break for $15/day!!! They picked up the bike after I was done with it too!! Great service, nice bike (GIANT) and friendly staff. If you are traveling to Palau on a budget or you want to take your time in your exploration of the island, I would highly recommend these guys-island bicycle rental. good luck. See more..
  9. 4.5 Jellyfish Lake (1.261 reviews)
    - Swimming with sun and moon jellyfish in Palau
    Bodies of Water
    Jellyfish Lake image
The jellyfish lake is about 10-15 minutes walk from the boat ramp, up and down a steep hill with steps and rope to hold on. I did it using my crocs closed toe sandal with backstrap. it was a lot of fun swimming with sun and moon jellyfish. You need to hike with your snorkeling gear and any camera equipment so a mesh bag is a good idea. Our group spent 1.5 hours on the lake. We must use eco friendly sunblock that is not harmful for the jellyfish. See more..
  10. 4.5 Milky Way (717 reviews)
    - So Much Fun!
    Bodies of Water
    Milky Way image
Before I start my review I recommend calling Captain John for a private charter. He is cheaper than all the other companies and is flexible with time. (680) 778-7333. Anyways.... You have to come here if visiting Palau. This place is included with most tours but it was a must stop on my list. Although you don't need to spend a bunch of time here you do need to pay it a visit. The mud is soft and feels nice on the skin. Plus you can get creative and draw on each other of yourself with it. It's located in a beautiful lagoon where you can swim for a while. See more..
  11. 4.5 Sam's Tours Palau (705 reviews)
    - Trip of a lifetime!
    Sunday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Scuba & Snorkelling • Shark Diving • Water Sports • Kayaking & Canoeing
    Sam's Tours Palau image
Sam's provided an excellent diving experience along with helping to navigate Covid-19 restrictions. We had the "Best" Sam's crew with Sharon, Rockstar(Rockson) and Jimmy (Sorry Jeremy but our boat was better). Sharon was amazing at putting on her mask and sticking her head in over the side of the boat to judge the current an know what sites would be best to dive at the time. Sharon and Rockstar's ability to see and point out the tiniest of marine life and know when the big stuff would come was incredible. Captain Jimmy could drive through the islands in his sleep. Trip of a lifetime! See more..
  12. 4.5 Fish 'n Fins Palau (433 reviews)
    - Diving with Fish n' Fins in Palau
    Sunday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Scuba & Snorkelling
    Fish 'n Fins Palau image
Our group dove with Fish n' Fins in Palau for 10 days. From initial check-in to final check-out, it was a very efficient and pleasant experience. The dive boats were fast (they needed to be given the distance to the dive sites) and comfortable with seats lifting up to provide dry storage areas. The dive guides were very good and went very slowly which we all appreciated. We experienced an equipment malfunction with our own equipment and the dive guide had a ready spare and helped replace the defective part in between dives so no dives were lost. The lunches provided for dining on a beach after two dives were wonderful with many choices, especially for the vegetarians. All in all, our group was thrilled with Fish n' Fins and highly recommend them for your dive vacation. See more..

  15. 4.5 Kayangel Island (94 reviews)
    - best surprise in Palau
Spent More than 3 hours Islands
    Kayangel Island image
First time I heard about Kayangel when planning my Palau trip I was a bit pesimistic - no Internet reviews about the place, far away and expensive to reach. However it was the greatest time spent in Palau - both in getting to know the local culture and the local life. One big advice - book an overnight (or more recommened a few nights) stay at Lazarus house - one of the rangers in the island. I can provide you with his phone if needed. See more..
  16. 4.5 Mandarin Fish Lake (61 reviews)
    - Surprisingly great snorkeling
    Reefs
    Mandarin Fish Lake image
Stopped here for a bit as part of a kayak tour. The mandarin fish are shockingly tiny and skittish, but they're there if you look hard enough. Hopefully a guide can point you to the right corals. Otherwise, the lake is fantastically clear with healthy coral and good fish populations. There was even a lionfish hanging out near the entry area. See more..

  19. 4.5 Ngermeaus Island (12 reviews)
    - Pristine Shores, or so it appeared.
    Spent 1-2 hours Islands
    Ngermeaus Island image
We stopped here for lunch one day after a mornings diving, it's probably one of the few islands that you are either permitted to go ashore, due to turtle breeding or its accessibility. Proving popular with other dive/day charter boats, it is evident once ashore for once you are in from the beach you cannot help but notice the abundance of litter. Plastic cups, bottles, personal items and more. It's such a shame that what appears an idyllic setting should be spoilt behind the scenes of a pristine shoreline. Maybe some of it was washed up from previous storms, but the quantity of new litter can only have come from recent visitors. Why I ask you cannot the authorities clear it up or at least ensure that visitors take their rubbish away with them. Yes the beach is wonderful take the stroll, see the coconuts that have established themselves along the shore, hear birds singing in the canopy above and for one moment you could be Robinson Crusoe. A popular island, be sure to ask your driver to drop you off here if possible. Wear some sort of foot-ware for the sand is hot and the undergrowth can be a little hazardous inshore. See more..

Friday nite is payday and ppl come out to spend it. It happens every other Friday I believe. Tents with American BBQ, trinkets, food and drink. I have pix and will upload as this gets accepted. See more..
  29. 4.0 Surangel's Supercenter (10 reviews)
    - Good for food - go elsewhere for other things
Sunday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Speciality & Gift Shops
    Surangel's Supercenter image
Surangel's markets itself as a one-stop shop for everything - food, sundries, souvenirs, and diving supplies. It delivers only on the food. They have a broad selection of prepared and canned foods, and the produce looked good. However, other than food, this is not the place to go. Their souvenir section is small with limited selection. They have a counter with diving supplies, but again, selection is very limited. See more..
