  1. 5.0 Hunza Valley (224 reviews)
    - Great Trip with +92-333-4033331
    Valleys
    Hunza Valley image
The valley surrounding the Hunza River is home to some of the world’s best treks, with trail lengths ranging from a few hours to several days. Combine nature with history with a steep walk up to the 800-year-old Baltit Fort, and hire a tour operator to help you explore the magical villages, interact with the hospitable locals, and score the freshest apricots in the valley. Hunza Valley is exceptionally beautiful during the cherry blossom season in spring and for the changing colors of fall. Summer is rainy season and winter can get quite cold. – Tripadvisor See more..

We had such a wonderful trip with Saif as our leader on our trip to K2 base camp. Syed was great to communicate with via email and answered all our pre-trip / booking questions quickly and clearly. The tour was well organized from start to finish. Saif was incredibly knowledgable. Spoke English extremely well and was very understanding as I lagged behind the group. The experience began with a comprehensive briefing the night before the hike. The hotel where we stayed was clean and the beds were comfy. The food was yummy and there were lots of options. Ehsan delivered top notch culinary service while accommodating to all the dietary restrictions of the group. Being a vegetarian I greatly valued having a veggie friendly meal every day at the campsite. Each day we were served breakfast, lunch, and dinner and got to try many delicious Pakistani dishes. Throughout the tour we always had direction for our next activities and felt in good hands. VE went out of their way to help us with the trip. I spoke with them multiple times as we planned what to do. And then many more times as travel delays and porter strikes made for last minute adjustments. The team made it a point to show respect to our porters that supported our journey. The porters were outfitted with appropriate hiking gear and were well fed each night. They were so helpful and worked hard to make our trip (albeit shortened) a success highly recommend using them for any Pakistan adventure and Saif as your guide. Near the end of the trip we met all the porters and celebrated the journey with them which was a nice show of respect for all the hard work they put in. See more..

It certainly was the highlight of my Skardu stay. Every turn on the way opened up new views. Once past Deosai Top, it was an undulating plateau with snow-capped mountains 360 degrees around. Reminded of Mongolia... Flowers are starting to bloom... will reach peak in August I am told. Went as far as Seosar Lake and returned See more..

Hunza Tours did an amazing job of accommodating our requests and provided the best service in every situation. Traveling in Pakistan is truly amazing, but also challenging, but Karim and his expert drivers provided incredible support and superb knowledge and experience to our seven travelers during our 23 day adventure in northern PAKISTAN. I was constantly amazed at how flexible and inventive our guide and drivers were in some very difficult situations. We covered so much territory, and saw such a variety of sights and experiences in our three week journey, and Karim and his staff managed to provide the safest and best alternatives in each situation. I highly recommend Karim and his team to anyone wanting to get the most from their time in Pakistan. I can’t imagine a more thrilling, action packed, diverse adventure! See more..

MEMORABLE trip with TRANGO ADVENTURE! This company is fabulous with an enthusiastic team eager to make you discover and understand its country and traditions. Pakistan has so many unknown charms : so kind and welcoming people, a rich history and conserved traditions and of course its unique landscapes( Karakoram mountains ranges with its famous K2, fascination of worldwide alpinists for long time). Add to that, lakes, green and virgin fields, waterfalls, peaceful villages which contrast with cities as Islamabad and its surroundings. I invite all travelers lovers of nature, mountains or just wise ones to go to Pakistan to witness by themselves the authenticity of this country not yet spoiled by mass tourism, with an open-minded and realistic approach. Many thanks for your hospitality Trango adventure and for making this trip so special!!! I miss you all. See more..

Maqbool was really great & he helped out before, during and after our trip of Pakistan. He is well experienced, educated, flexible, reliable, honest , knowledgeable and punctual. He is very well known and has very good net work with the local people & security agencies. The most good thing was that like us he and his team was vaccinated of Covif-19. Crossroads Adventure which was the organizer of our trip to Pakistan, curated an exceptionally memorable trip for us. Starting from the first day of arrival to the last day Sultan, the owner of the company made sure that everything is in place and things are arranged on time. We explored almost the whole of Gilgit-Baltistan region including Hunza, Gojal, Nagar, Skardu, Gilgit, and several villages in between these areas. The people of Pakistan particularly Gilgit Baltistan are hospitable and very friendly. We felt safe throughout the journey and our program was nicely designed. We were treated like a family member which is very touching. I will definitely come back to Pakistan to take my next trip with Sultan and his company Crossroads Adventure and I highly recommend this company for those looking for a Safe, engaging and memorable trip to Pakistan. 10. 5.0 Nanga Parbat (32 reviews)
    - Irresponsible development and mass tourism threatens this heaven
    Mountains
    Nanga Parbat image
This beautiful area is suffering an irresponsible tourist development that threatens the ecological equilibrium. The Fairy Meadows are not a "fairy" meadows anymore, but a bunch of Hotels that caters for noisy crowds of local tourists. The local forest suffered the demand for wood and there is garbage everywhere. It is a shame because this valley it is really magical. What it should be a hiker heaven, it is a tourist trap. I suggest to go to Beyal Camp, it is basic but for those who like lonely walks, shepherd culture and enjoy nature sounds it is a better choice. See more..

    Epic Backpacker Tours image
Just got back from EBT's Trekking Amongst Giants 15 day tour. The experience was first class. Ralph, our head guide, ensured that the entire trip ran smoothly and relatively on time (a bonus for anyone travelling in Pakistan). We had so many unforgettable days on the tour and the trekking was well-planned, safe but also a rewarding challenge. The whole team of staff were helpful but also personable and friendly. If you are looking to access Pakistan in a short space of time, then I highly recommend EBT. We had some lovely, authentic surprises along the way and I really felt like I saw the 'real' Pakistan and areas of the country that are remote and untouched by mass tourism. See more..

    Hunza Trek & Tours image
My husband and I just completed a 3-weeks private tour through northern Pakistan, slightly off the beaten path, organized by Hunza Trek & Tours. In short, it was perfect. Pakistani mountains are beyond amazing. But all went so well because of an excellently organized itinerary by Saleem Ashraf, the company owner. Saleem has been very informative during our communications before the trip and always responded promptly. Both Saleem and our driver, Shams, were super friendly and helpful and always in a good humor, even after a long day of driving on nasty roads. On a trip like this, you are with your tour guide and a driver almost non-stop. Despite large differences in our ages and background, our group dynamic was excellent and we had a great time together. We were very well taken care of in terms of lodging and food. Altogether, it was a great experience and we strongly recommend Saleem’s Hunza Trek & Tours to anyone interested in visiting Pakistani wonderful mountains See more..

I must say the tour was very well organised by Beyoundthevalley great Staff covering all the main attractions and taking our input. They were knowledgeable and their explanations helped us to understand the history and culture of Pakistan. The choice of hotels were very good. Hotel was right in the city centre and was at walkable distance to the important sites. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel we stayed in was having a great view with its own nice restaurant with scenic view.and was the best among all the hotels! Meals provided during the whole tour were not so great. But, the local cuisines are worth experiencing of your own. We totally recommend this tour especially with Beyond the valley if you want it to be hassle free and as promised in the itinerary. Thanks Beyond the valley for the wonderful experience!!!!!!!!! See more..

Our guide Sajid was there with a big smile and welcome at Skardu airport and from that first afternoon, made sure we made the most of our time, fitting in our schedule and adjusting to weather as needed. Just that I don’t really like the steep walk down to take the boat .. so scary .. not much protection , no real stairs and hand railing .. got safety issue .. See more..

    Kunjerab Pass image
Though I have to Khunjerab Pass many times in past 25 years but never in January because the pass is always close during winters. On 19th of January, 2016, I was in Passu and learnt that Khunjarab Pass has been opened for a few days. It was a rare opportunity and we rushed. It was a great decision as I would have never seen this 15000 ft high pass during winters. Enroute, I saw frozen waterfalls and streams and snow clad mountains. It was all white and very cold. The temperature touched -26*C and despite the fact that we were well dressed for a cold weather, it was hard to stand out of the vehicle for long. We also saw lot of Himalayan Ibex along the road and the seemed quite surprised to see a vehicle in the area on 19th of January. A memorable trip that I will not forget for a long long time. When travelling to Hunza from Gilgit, on Karakoram Highway lies the worlds 27th highest peak, The Rakaposhi. And the Rakaposhi viewpoint is the remarkable spot to sit in the shadow of Rakaposhi. From this spot, the complete aspect of the mountain, along with its peak is clearly visible. Thither is a restaurant, tuck shop and gems & handicraft shop. Cold and clear water is flowing from the glacier, we sit along the stream to enjoy this marvellous place. Drinking tea or coffee at this place gives an astonishing experience, with your feet dipped in the cold water of the glacier. This place is also excellent for capturing photographs, so remember to bring your camera and take lots of photographs. This place is a must visit for those travelling toward Hunza Vallery. See more..
