- Amazing Challenging Hike

This hike is between Ahualulco and Ameca. There are giant perfectly rounded stone formations (2-3 meters in diameter) in the middle of the forest. MUST SEE! The trail starts right off the highway. If you have an SUV you can drive half way and then hike to the site. We hiked all the way from the highway. The views are amazing! There are two hanging bridges over the canyon that we had to walk on to get to the other side. There is a trail that takes you to the same point, so whoever has a fear of heights can use that one but the bridges are FUN! The hike itself isn't too strenuous. See more..
