Wonderful half day trek to four waterfalls with Raj, who was really experienced and fantastic with our six year old. We also had a 2 year old and 9 month old in slings and even though the trail was quite difficult in parts, Raj really helped guide us and ensured we were all safe. We stopped for breaks at each waterfall and had a swim in one. Afterwards we were welcomed back to Raj’s place for delicious home-made snacks and drinks with his wife Shoba. They were both very welcoming and it was lovely to see their home and chatting with them. Highly recommend Raj Adventures. This was a fun day out for the whole family but I’d probably only recommend you carry kids in slings if you are fit and confident trekkers, as there is a lot of up and down climbing with no real steps. We wanted to see the Tamarin falls but we started looking for a guide very late... Freddy was nice enough to let us join the trek at the last minute. We had the best time ever at canyoning at the Tamarin falls! Our quides Athanaz, Wendy and precious Marilyn (Ousman) made our adventure so great! The experience was pretty amazing when descenting from the cliffs and jumping to the water from six meters. The views were breathtaking. We had so much fun, so much laughter and singing during our adventure. Canyoning is absolutely the best way to experience Tamarin falls, this is something you should most definitely do when visiting Mauritius! I had a unforgettable experience with Govind hiking in 7 waterfalls .He was so awesome guide , professional , caring , knowledgeable ! He took me a very adventurous way to see the 7 waterfalls, I love it ! Because his professionalism and I learnt how to do hiking with fun , he taught me how to climb in safe way, show me the most beautiful spot to take pictures, on the way , stop in waterfall had fish massage :) , I am shocked there is not so many people discover this little paradise( tamarind fall) , I totally fell in love with this nature with so much peace.. Please make sure you go there visit if you are in Mauritius although a little bit difficult to reach there, when you arrived you found everything worth it ! I must share this beautiful place and the best guide with you , I definitely will be back in the future. See more..

We had a brilliant hike with Daryeau exploring the falls. You need to be fit and agile as there’s climbing and scrambling involved and yes, you will get muddy and a bit wet! We swam in a couple of the falls and Daryeau brought traditional food for a picnic which was great. One of the best hikes we’ve done here! See more..
