   I recently visited Tutuala and Jaco. I camped at one of the 2 accomodations on the beach ($10). It was heaven and I was the only traveller there. The staff were friendly and the accommodation simple but beautiful. A trip to Jaco with the local fishermen is $10 return. Snorkelling is outstanding but be wary of the extreme currents the run between the island and mainland. Saw heaps of wild deer on the island as well as a multitude of birds. The road to tutuala is a bit rough, but between tutuala and jaco it becomes 1st class. 2 large clear flat areas towards the beach makes me think it's scheduled for hotel development.
