- 5.0 Eco Ponies Garden (3 reviews)
-Nice concept and delicious food
Gardens
we went to Eco Ponies for our lunch as part of the Tutong tour, organized by our tour guide Mims. The food was delicious and the place was great. we had a chance to talk to the owner and felt that the time we spend their wasn't enough. Given the time, my friends and I would love to stay overnight plus explore the community. Food was sourced from their own garden and nearby communities promoting sustainable practices while supporting local economy. See more..
- 5.0 Tasbee Meliponiculture Farm (2 reviews)
-Amazing place, unique experience, great honey
Farms
We bought some stingless honey in the shop of the empire hotel, and only later found out from someone else that you could visit somewhere they harvested it. My 3 year old son and I made the trip to Tutong on our last day in Brunei, and luckily found the owner there (we weren’t sure when it was open, but he lives on site, so I think you could turn up whenever). He showed us around, and we harvested our own honey to take home for B$3 (USD1.60 ish). The bees look very different from standard honey bees, and the combs they make are so beautiful. It was a really unique experience to do this, and we’d totally recommend it to anyone visiting Brunei! See more..
- 5.0 Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque (1 review)
-Impressive!
Religious Sites
Towering minarets, msssive gold coloured domes, beautifully intricate artwork and a lot of marble go into making this grand mosque that bears the name of the monarch of Brunei a must see on any tour itinerary. The mosque is closed to visitors during the 5 daily prayer times and also on Thursday and Friday whole days - so please check opening times if you're not with a tour group and thinking of visiting. You'll also need to observe the ettiques of removing shoes, dressing modestly (overalls are available for use at the mosque) and no photography where worship takes place. We stopped by in our hire car after 2pm on Sunday and enjoyed walking through and seeing the sights. Parking is plentiful and free, as is entry to the mosque. Recommended. See more..
- 4.0 Pantai Seri Kenangan (5 reviews)
-Peaceful
Beaches
We visited mid week and stopped for a snack (brought with us) and there was a lovely breeze off the sea and peace and quiet. Very beautiful but can imagine it gets busy over the weekend. I’d like to see a sunset here! See more..
- 4.0 Tamu Tutong Complex (1 review)
-Thursday morning market
Flea & Street Markets
This is Brunei’s largest weekly market, where you can get a range of vegetables, fruits & rural produce; as well as plants, and other stuff such as traditional knives & walking sticks. It opens at about 6am in the morning, & goes on till 12 noon. Worth visiting, even though it’s a good 50 minute drive from Bandar. See more..

- 3.0 Wasai (Waterfall) Bedanu (2 reviews)
-The place have a potential
Waterfalls
It's sad how this place was not well kept! You need a 4 wheel drive to access the area. The waterfall is quite nice to see but can't play in the water because its not clean! See more..
