What a fantastic place to go
Going to a brewery and drink the beer where the company is proud of always is a special treat. I have seen a number of fine examples of this, but so far nothing beats the Middelburg city brewery with their Hosternokke beer. Not that the beer is more exclusive than in other places (just good beer!), but the atmosphere is really great. Not pretences, just enjoy yourselves in an intimate little bar. Take a tasting of 3 of the 8 draft beers available, and then pick what you like most for a full glass.

A great stop during sightseeing middelburg
A great stop during sightseeing Middelburg. A great landmark in the middle of town. Lovely people the brewmaster and his wife that not only serve great beers but also take time for a fun conversation.
