No consideration for the customers- just want to exploit them and the seals
Rarely leave businesses a 1 star but felt I had no choice in this case. Luckily I booked via social deal so didn’t pay full price but it still wasn’t value for money. 3 hours sat on a plastic stool with no back, with nothing really interesting to see, as the seals are only in one location. Visited on a very hot day- while we were warned in advance it’s cash only on board (very strange), we were not aware of just how expensive the drinks would be. 2.50 for a small glass (not bottle) of tap water!! People were clearly struggling in the heat (with no shade) yet it wasn’t considered to give people a free glass of water. By having complimentary water this could have changed the whole experience to a more positive one. The toilet was also flooding Meanwhile the captain eats and drinks, drives too close to the seals and honks his VERY load horn without informing anyone first. A very uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
