Great Getaway

Came here during the coronavirus period. Feel like vvip treatment. Everywhere is less than 60% filled. Superb. Feel like those beach resort where u see they won on wheel of fortune. Food a bit pricy thou but worth it.

    Rooms nice but costs to do anything there.
    We travelled in a group of 4 adults.Rooms are nice and clean.Staff are very friendly. The downfall was anything you wanted to do cost money ,nothing was free for example the pool swim rings were hire only , the back gammon board cost, the golf cart to drive around the resort cost, to play billards it cost.When it first opened 25yrs ago these were included in your stay for free. You can't hire a car and drive around Bintan Island yourself , you have to hire a driver as well. Would we come here again probably not .

    One of the best beach resorts in Lagoi Bay, Bintan
    The beach is quite clean, except for the seaweeds that were washed ashore which had yet to be cleaned up. One good thing is that you can also access the beach in the nearby villa areas situated in the same compound. The main swimming pool may not be very big, but it has a relatively spacious children pool. There is even an area for playing water polo.
