Lake Thunderbird State Park has some very hilly mountain bike trails, a nice change from the normally flat terrain of central Oklahoma. While the trails were quite sandy, they are decently taken care of and can easily be handled by both new and experienced mountain-bikers. The trails are accessible to hikers and parking is very easy.
