Amazing relaxing hiking with easily access. The cave need to keep walking steps. It is not a long walk just need to adjust to comfortable breath since it keep climbing on steps. Booked Taxi Tour Service to take me and my family to (New Taipei) Shiding Thousand Island Lake > Sanxia Old Street > (Taoyuan) Xiaowulai waterfall Scenic Area. I've been wanting to go see this lake because it's just 30mins from where I live but public transportation is hard to come by so I had to wait until I have a reason to book a private tour to get here. First, the scenery is breathtaking and second, the air is so fresh. It was a scorching hot day in July but it's totally different from walking in Taipei where its hot and humid. We spent the whole morning and had ice cream in Bagua Tea Garden overlooking the reservoir before we head to Sanxia Old Street. See more..

My mom and I took a day trip from Taiwan through KK day. One of the stops was on the Jiagualiao Fish and Fern Trail. The trail was well developed and marked with signs. 此行載Mother到頭城大溪漁港買新鮮魚貨，回程試走雙泰產業道路至雙溪，行約20 K後，見路旁有一個大型停車場停有很多車輛，推想應是事前做功課時看到會路過的景點虎豹潭，傍晚時分，陸續有山友走回停車場，後來查詢得知虎豹潭旁有一古道可通往頭城大溪，看來山友們應該是走了一天的路，不過看來都精神抖擻，常運動的人呈現的精氣神就是不一樣!

由於Mother 在車上等，快步循階至虎豹潭觀覽，路過小徑，有紫色野牡丹花開，數十公尺後，可見到溪中有一片平坦的岩石，幾乎佔據整個溪流寬度，遊客可以行走其上觀覽，是十分特殊的景觀，近岸處有一急流小瀑布，幫偶遇的旅客拍照後，立即快步跑回車輛，雖僅是匆匆一覽，也算是30K雙泰公路上難得的小確幸! 可謂是～

Many many valuable geological features are found here and the surrounding areas. Good for nature lovers. But there are too many many tourists mainly from the mainland, even on weekdays! 什麼才算世外桃園？太魯閣鬼斧神功，人也多。除了溪底沒有大理石之外，真沒有哪一點輸太魯閣。說是一條舊路變步道，大條好走，沒見過一路上有這麼多瀑布的步道，不會形容它美呆了，但是，會說它驚奇不斷，從哇哇！好美，一直看到了也沒太多訝異的瀑布，性價比太高了。幹嘛去人擠人，這裡遊客稀疏，寧靜，享受天賜美景，好靜，好近，我給它休閒指數5顆星91分評價。 See more..
