Boat cruise
Was suggested by friends to do a boat ride in the city of lakes so bought the cruise tickets and the additions rush was that for Valentine’s Day.. was hesitating to do the cruise when we saw the boat , nothing close to a catamaran or similar , small boat.. but saw many in the queue to on-board including elderly. So took the plunge , did not repent boarding the boat as the sun had just set and brilliant colours were visible , some I could capture .. there was music in the board and some light snacks .. spent the time watching the people on board .. so lively and full of energy , maybe that is a MP / Bhopal thing , seems to run on you.. people from all kinds of places were there but all enjoying .. being Valentine’s Day there were more couples .. I was there with my better half too.. but would be counted in the elderly group I guess.. would strongly recommend a relaxed 45 minutes if u want to get rubbed by the Bhopal culture and beauty !

Bhojtal, formerly known as Upper Lake, is a large lake which lies on the western side of the capital city of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal, India. It is a major source of drinking water for the residents of the city, serving around 40% of the residents with nearly 30 million imperial gallons (140,000 m3) of water per day. Bada talaab, along with the nearby Chhota Talaab, meaning small lake in Hindi, constitute Bhoj Wetland, which is now a Ramsar site.
