My husband and I took a short day trip to Lockhart and were happy the museum was open, because much of the shops weren’t. There’s a lot of history in this building and a very helpful staff. See more..

My husband and I found this beautiful church when we were antiquing in Lockhart. The church is 2 blocks from the square. We noticed there was an historical marker on the outside. The church is beautiful on the outside and has a pretty courthouse on the south side. I wanted to see the inside but the doors were locked. The church was built in 1899.See more..
