    The Kingsport Carousel Project began in 2008 and has now involved around 400 volunteers from Kingsport and many surrounding communities. Volunteers have worked tirelessly with the goal of creating and operating a carousel for Kingsport.     Considering that it's the only putt-putt we have in the area, it'll have to do. Course is fun to play but is overdue for some upkeep. The railings are rusty and the green turf is pulled up on every hole. Could use some maintenance. See more..
