    My wife and I , living only 12 miles away, frequently visit this outlet. Yes, it is crowded at weekends but that is a reflection of its popularity and value. Has been improved even more by the inclusion of more up market retailers who offer excellent value. We visited this outlet last weekend and had the misfortune of our car breaking down. We received great support from their on-site team who were unfailingly helpful and polite and Arranged for me to leave the car overnight while we took a taxi home - which they arranged. Not an experience we would want to repeat but the team were great - thank you sincerely. See more..
