What a great place to kayak! The Loxahatchee River is beautiful. The water was very calm during our 2 hours of kayaking. We saw 3 alligators, many turtles and several water fowl. The attendant that set us up was super helpful and very friendly. I definitely recommend this experience if you are in the Jupiter area! See more..

It's also a great spot for scenic picnics with s view of the light house and a local Jupiter history lesson as it's the site of the cities first school house and then becoming a train station. 10. 4.5 Waterway Park (6 reviews)
    - Boat parking, dogs walking area and a few of the bridge
    Spent 1-2 hours Parks
Waterway Park is right off the intercoastal. There are more than enough boat parking spots for all the day sailors in the area. In addition to boating, we take our dog there to run (on a leash), sniff and get some great exercise. We use a 20 foot lead and it's enough to give her a "run" yet confined. See more..
