Beautiful water
The water was the prettiest we saw but the shells made it near impossible to get in the water. Waves were big the day we went and the waves crashing were full of shells. I could barely stand to walk on them to get in water, but the crashing, shell-filled waves made my ankles bleed. *Enter beautiful water at own risk.

Large Beachfront Park
Large park with multiple recreation facilities. Beautiful guarded beach. Restrooms. Picnic areas and pavilions for events. Lots of parking. A small restaurant is also onsite. Very nice and convenient way to enjoy the beach.
