Tell Logan we won’t be back
Great news is this venue is absolutely adorable. Bob, DeeDee, and Mary were above and beyond delightful. I was there with a bachelorette party which of course was increasing in volume and excitement as the hour progressed. We were having passionate conversations about Texas Football and were maybe a bit jokingly heated between our own group. Instead of a friendly warning Logan decided he’d threaten to kick us out after the bride to be said “fly eagles fly” assuming she’d said worse. Fine - we deescalated the football conversations despite this being an adult only venue. After finishing one more tasting and spending almost 100 on their wine, as we left Logan felt the necessity to come yell at our group not to come back. I understand asking us to turn it down a notch but for an employee to feel like following us to the parking lot to tell us NOT to come back as we were already leaving anyway felt uncalled for. I imagine that bachelorette parties are a steady revenue stream and as the owner Id truly want to know this information as it’s unlikely the seven of us will be back or will ever recommend this venue due SOLELY to Logan’s behavior. We’re all service industry, I work at a downtown austin hotel that handles much more rambunctious bachelorette parties with class and consideration. Five star review for the wine and the service from the rest of your team. Truly just want the owner of this venue to be aware of this uncalled behavior from Logan. Maybe he had a bad day. Maybe he should take a walk before being openly rude to guests and inviting them not to come back - unless logan is the owner of this establishment this is a coaching opportunity for him. Either way - I’m not sure i feel welcome to be back or to spend my money here.

    Beautiful and quiet
We stopped at this vineyard to eat and spend a quiet afternoon with friends. You can bring your own food but we choose to bring some birthday cake and buy the charcuterie board (which was pretty good) before doing the tastings. The grounds are beautiful and it was very quiet on the Sunday afternoon when we visited. The tastings were reasonably priced, educational and interesting as we learned a lot about various wines and how they are made.
