It's very beneficial for those who have not been here and want to get a taste of the cities afterlife. Changchun has the friendliest people and most economy based living in all of China. This is an extraordinary experience, yet a little costly for the event. You have to do this once!

Not great not terrible...
Some of the reviews are really expecting alot. This is Changchun, its not Orlando or LA or Shanghai. Granted Changchun is critical to the making of movies in China, but this is a theme park but the theme is kind of loose and free. One of the other reviewers noted its run down, and I have to agree with that. The park has been neglected, and that is unfortunate. One mentioned its in town. Anyone who lives in Changchun wouldn't say its "in" Changchun. Its well outside of town. I am not sure about public transportation regarding where the metro would drop you off but a Didi or taxi can get you there, but for most it will be an expensive ride. When we went it was late evening and I will tell you that the park transforms after the sun goes down. So plan on going to either be in the evening or where you will see some day and into the night. The lights around the park at night are wonderful. Many things were closed when we went. I don't know if that is normal or if it had something to do with the time we went. So with tempered expectations but there is entertainment to be had, but you an't be raving about it.
