Adopting a safe and reliable bi-cable ropeway, the cable car is first-of-its-kind in Hong Kong. The journey begins from Tung Chung, crossing Tung Chung Bay to reach the angle station on Airport Island and turning 60 degrees towards North Lantau. You will be greeted with the vistas of the distant and vast South China Sea and the rolling greens of North Lantau Country Park. Breathtaking View From The Top
We opted for the “crystal cabin” which enabled us to enjoy scenic views of HKIA and Lantau Island surroundings from several different angles. The floor of the gondola lift is made of clear glass which add to the exhilaration. Each cable car is quickly wiped clean and disinfected as soon as it reaches Ngong Ping station so the viewing windows are free of fingerprints and unsightly stains. There is also an option for “private cabin” for romantic lovers to savor. Ngong Ping Village is a charming leisurely stroll. After sightseeing which must include the unmissable Big Buddha & Po Lin monastery you can top off your day trip here with a bit of shopping and a lot of eating. Come when it opens at 9:00 am to avoid the crowds that usually comprise of tour groups.

If you like take pic, you must try, you will never forgot. I recommend you go up at the evening with sunset and go down at night with the can't forgettable memory.
