A great playpark and place for a picnic if visiting Nijmegen
Just outside the city centre of Nijmen is Speeltuin de Leemkuil, a big play park full of swings, slides forts, zip wires etc etc. It costs 4.95 to get in, but you can easily spend several hours here. They also have plenty of picnic benches and a café.

Family gathering
With our daughter, son in law and their two little children over from Africa we had a lovely, sunny sunday with the whole family including grandchildren in the amazing playground De Leemkuil. Everybody happy!

Fun forest playground
No over the top attractions but by locals perhaps the most loved playground for its atmosphere. It's not small either, the playground is gated and has a nice place for parents to have a coffee or snack while their oldest playing by themselves. Definitely a nice place even in hot weather because of the tree's creating a lot of shadow.
