    Awesome place, worth a visit
Went midweek while on holiday and staying in Gronigen. A brilliant place to go and wander about and see some monkeys. The path winds through multiple enclosures, many of which have no fences or cages, just rivers or moats. It was 30 degrees C, so many were chilling in the shade, but still saw something at every point on the map and had some fun with the lil guys. There is regular food/drink shops and toilets and the layout of each enclosure and the walkways around them have a high attention to detail. Also some of the monkey/ape themed arches are amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful too, I would happily go back.

    Fun day out
I have been here 30 or so years ago when I was a child and remembered some bits. It seemed smaller than I remember but the monkeys seem to be less begging and climbing people - which in my book is an improvement (as that wasn't natural behaviour). The park is well set up, with lots of room for the animals to roam and hide if they don't want to be spotted. Good information supplied. Coffee is not the best but drinkable, but food on the menu is mostly fast food.
