Wow. How did I miss this place?
Easy to get to, but not a high-traffic area. No cost. Great fishing, bird-watching, walking with friends, seeing the tides, experiencing the sunset, observing 100's of tiny crabs, and more. Simply serene.

Great hidden jewel in Jacksonville
I Googled best places to watch the sunset and this place came up. Luckily it was very close to where we are staying on Mayport. I was so pleasently surprised when I saw the park. It is well tended with an abundance of wild life. We say all types of sea birds, crabs, even a bunny.

Small waterfront Park
Hidden gem 8 acres of passive parkland. Tideviews offers a scenic view of the Intracoastal Waterway loved by locals for Kayaking, bird watching, wonderful bike and walking paths.
