Amazing views and crystal clean water in a secluded beach near Metajna
Rucica beach is located in Pag island, Dalmatia. The island famous for its cheese and wine, but also for its lunar landscape: not much vegetation, white and rocky. It has tons of beaches and beyong small town of Metajna, you can find this secluded beach with crystal clear water, surrounded by the rocky hills. For snorkeling its good because of the clean water, however not to much to find here, only a few crabs and a small amount of fishes. In September it was very calm, only a few families were on the beach, it was not crowded at all, but during the peak season it can be. If you’re here and have love for the beaches, also like adventures, take a short hiking (unfortunately no other way as no road) from here through the rocks to the close beach of Beritnica: also famous of its three huge rocks in the water.

Canyon beach
What a beach! It doesn't seem to be a beach, because the sea is into a natural canyon, with grey rocks instead of sands. I love this beach, the water is so clean and blue, and the landscape stunning! Very recommended
