Sheltered pool, beach, rocks and small port.
We took a 20 km tour of the island highlights that included this beach. No charge to park in the off season with the restaurants closed and no one around. It's easy to see the wide appeal of this spot with the calm pool to swim, the nice beach to lay out, the rugged low rocks for the youth to climb about and even a small port. Today it was sheltered from the high winds from the southeast experienced in Tisno.

man vs urchin
First visit to a Croatian beach with my wife who is a huge fan. It's not a beach as I knew it, more kind of a series of rocky outcrops next to the sea with clear, warm water and lots of kickass sea urchins to stab you in the feet. Yes, they got me and those spines are coming home with me. You find a spot to perch on the rocks and enjoy working on your tan and developing crippling backache laying on this nonsense. I'd blow it up and put some frickin' sand in. Good for snorkelling. The place itself has good parking, decent places to eat and plenty of trees for shade.

Croatian dishes near waterfront in a cozy small bay
One of the few places in Murter serving also Croatian dishes! This has, experiencing the usual Murter food of pizza, pasta,expensive farmed fish, to be mentioned. There are two restaurants, Lantana is surely the better choice. The special on Lantana is its situation on a small bay. Great to spend all day there or just come for a sunset-dinner.
