Fantastic Dining and Wine Tasting Expericence

My wife and I enjoyed a late afternoon food tasting with wine paring at Bibich Winery on Tuesday May 31, 2022 and it was FANTASTIC! We ate at many fine restaurants while in Croatia including, Pellgrini, and Monte, but while they presented beautiful dishes they lacked the intense flavors that Bibich's chef Vensa was able to present to us. Her dishes looked amazing and tasted even better with an excellent wine paring with each dish. Also our waiter stayed by us for the whole meal expertly explaining each and every dish and wine. This meal was the HIGHLIGHT of our Culinary tour of Croatia. We highly recommend Bibich Winery and thanks for a great tasting experience.

    Great Winery
We visited this winery for wine tasting and tapas. Also olive oil tasting. The taps were very tasty and the 10 of them were served on a wooden board. Many bought wine after the tasting as some bottles were very reasonably priced.

    Knowledgeable Staff
The server was sommelier like in his knowledge and was very passionate about the winery. Had flight of wines and it was not to my palate's liking. The cost was equivalent to ordering glasses of wine, so not inexpensive. Unaccustomed to tastings where the cost is so high, as usually there is no fee. I don't understand why Anthony Bourdain praised this winery so much, overrated in my opinion.
