Good experience
We got the fast boat from Panang Bai to Gili Air. Gili Gili boats were very organised! They picked us up from our hotel in Ubud. They were on time and the diver was friendly. When we arrived at Panang Bai again staff were organised and informative. Boat left 30min after we arrived at the port. On the boat, one of the staff spoke to everyone about timings, safety and gave everyone a small bottle of water and a biscuit snack. They also offered anti sickness tablets and sick bags. Only two out of four air con were working so bring a hand fan with you. It took 1hr 45 to get to Gili Air from Panang Bai. The boat stopped at Gili T on the way but turn over was very quick.

Got from A to B
It did exactly what was promised... we got from Bali to Gili T, relatively on time (just 25 mins late). We made it safely and so did our bags. The engine failed once on the way, but they fixed it within 10 mins, so it wasn't a big deal at all. The ride was very choppy, but that was due to the conditions, not the company. It smelt very strongly of diesel though, so that did not help with sea sickness. I wouldn't race to use this company again - but I wouldn't say stay clear either... it honestly did the job exactly as promised.
