Still one of the best...
My partner and I chose Freebird Express to go out of Amed to Gili T. and we are very happy we did so. They are still one of the best companies and also they have been around for many years it seemed so with the experience as well. The boat was clean and newer and quite comfortable. We would highly recommend Freebird to anyone making this journey. I'm very glad I did. Will be traveling with them again in the near future.

Fast and easy trip
Blue bird express was uneventful and the sea was calm on our trip in December... if you go mid year apparently that’s when you get high seas and bumpy ride. Air conditioning was not working on boat so very stuffy if in the cabin. You can pay a bit more and sit on the top deck but limited room.
