Every train station should wish to have something this cool!
We did not expect this exhibit. We had no idea that this was part of the train station. This is a very well managed exhibit. The local model train group designed the exhibit and they have an attendant in the room to discuss and share about what you are seeing. The exhibit replicates sections of the rail between Fairbanks and Denali and offers an interesting insight into what is to come as you travel south.

cute railroad model and the guy who takes care of it is super nice!
While you wait for your train, you need to see this cute railroad model! It is so nice and fun for kids and adults. The guy who takes care of it is super nice and arranges ways for younger children to be able to see it by putting stairs or chairs to lift them up. It was easy to see, fun and free!
