   The Conservancy is the perfect spot for a mental health break during the pandemic and everything else. There are goats, an owl and lots of birds. There are also a few native plant gardens all connected with walking trails. Nestled in suburban neighborhoods, HCC is a wonderful oasis. You will see others walking around, many with their dogs, so don’t forget your mask. See more..

   Granite Presbyterian Church was founded in 1845 and is on the National Register. It is a small church in a Baltimore suburb, but it has a big heart. One can attend services in person or virtually via Zoom. But you should try to visit the church. It is built from stone, not bricks, wood or blocks. There is an adjacent graveyard. If in the area, even if it is not a Sunday, drop by to take a look and a photo. The minister or his wife may be there and allow you to take a peek inside.
