We rented three Slingshots for a day of teambuilding. GOA was great to work with from start to finish. Angelica was super fun on the phone and made sure we got all the discounts and tax exemptions in place so our small group could afford this adventure. On the day of the rental, GOA worked extra hard to get us quickly on the road as fast as possible so we may beat a big Motorcycle Rally and road closure in Woodland Park. Everyone in our group all had a fantastic time that day. The Slingshots were a blast! Everything was spotlessly clean from the vehicles to the helmets to the office facilities. GOA is a small family business, and they definitely will go above and beyond for their customers. A true gem so close to Colorado Springs and Denver. I highly recommend them! See more..

My daughter, sister, and I had the pleasure of doing a wolf walk this past weekend. It was really a unique and informative experience for us. Not only were we able to walk a wolf on a leash, but we got a very nice education on these wolves such as their day to day activities, their habitat, and their background stories. It’s clear the people that work at Colorado Wolf Adventures love and care for the animals very much. Both Ghost and Spirit were beautiful physically and spiritually. The price included a ton of pictures being taken and them being put on a jump drive to take home. We will definitely do this walk again when in town the next time. We had a Saturday afternoon free and, on a whim, called South Platte Fly Shop to ask about a last minute guided fly fishing trip on the South Platte River (outside of Colorado Springs). The guys there were fantastic. They took my number, made some calls, found us an amazing guide (Austin), and got us out next day for an afternoon on the river. Couldn't ask for more. The shop itself if beautiful. Great gear and vibes. As for our trip, we hit the river right on time and Austin really knew the spots. His ability to spot fish was uncanny. Caught a bunch of trout, including an 18" Rainbow. Definitely recommend these guys. We can't wait to come back. See more..

We tend to really appreciate places where you can enjoy nature without commercialization and money grabbing attractions. This place is about as understated as any you could imagine. It's especially serene in winter (take your micro spikes) and you will find wonderful views and rock formations that are simply there for you to enjoy. There are no signs to interfere with nature... you'll see evidence that others were there, but that's about it. For any visitors to 'The City Above the Clouds' otherwise known as Woodland Park in Colorado, a detour to the Cowhand is a must. This amazing little shop on the main street will transport you back in time, I promise you will never have seen so many cowboy hats in one place! Mary Jo has been running the shop forever and there are many great bargains and unique gifts to be had. One thing to look out for, is the metal bust of a man's head that has steam passing through it, so that they can shape the cowboy hats to the customers bespoke style.
