   Near the beginning of September, 2018, my wife and I visited several antique stores in the town of Wagoner, Oklahoma. This turned out to be the best of them. We saw several attractive items, but our little car didn't have room to bring anything large with us back to Michigan. One item we saw was a planter in the shape of a giant tea cup. My wife loved it, but I figured I could get her a similar one online. After a couple months of searching the internet, I never found one as nice as the one I'd seen an Antique Pit & Pawn. So, I called them up, and the woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY helpful. She said that the tea cup was still available, and that she could ship it to Michigan. She gave me tracking information for the parcel that same day! Now, we have received it, and I am eagerly awaiting Christmas Day to surprise my wife with this gift.    Oklahoma does have its problems and challenges, but it really has some gems in its state park system. My wife and I have visited at least 15 and Sequoyah provided another excellent experience for us. We stayed in one of the cabins, which had a great view of the lake. We put in over 10 miles on the trails, saw a good bit of wildlife, and spent a some time at the lodge as well. It's a beautiful place. See more..
