This is a great little museum that gives alot of context on the history and culture of Tangier. We did this as one of the last stops on the island so it was really cool to see people in pictures and the video that we'd already met and spoke with. There was surprisingly alot of information and memorabilia. We've been to towns many times Tangier's size that don't have a museum of their history nearly as impressive as this one. If you like to get the national parks stamps, they have a stamp here for the Star Spangled Banner National Historic Trail. The crab chairs out in front are also a great photo op. We also really liked seeing the map with the pins of where other visitors were from (all over the world!). Take the time to watch the movie on the back wall. It gives alot of context to what you've seen or will be seeing on the island. We loved our time on Tangier and would recommend an overnight stay to anyone thinking of visiting! See more..
