Heard about Backwards on NPR and decided we needed to find it when we headed to Casper on our trip out west. Decided we could use a drink after a hard afternoon fishing the North Platte and we’re disappointed when we drove up to the distillery to find no lights on. Luckily, I jumped out of the Jeep to read the sign on the door announcing a new tasting room. We rushed over with only 45 minutes to spare - and wow, I’m glad we made it. We sampled a couple of their products: a vodka and a cinnamon moonshine. I new right then it would be a great night. We tried the Greatest Showman and Miss E. Calhoun - bought a bottle of the Cinnamon Moonshine and decided we would need to leave the river early tomorrow to get back with time to sample a few more of Backwards’ creative cocktails. See more..

    - Friendly secret spot in Mills, WY
    Bars & Clubs
While visiting my wife's father and wife in Mills WY, we were taken to this Hideaway. We had the most fun with great people, good drinks and appetizers. The cheese curds were awesome. The beers were cold and company was even better. Everybody knew my wife and I were not from Wyoming, but were made to feel at home. I enjoyed having a few beers with my father in law and our new found friends. The bartender and staff there are very friendly, if you come in there with an attitude, it will get checked. Just leave the attitudes at the door and grab a cold one. See more..
